Determined to overcome their business handicaps (and the largest storm in the NorthEast in 50 years), We were retained to modernize a national nonprofit destination’s digital presence and story – in order to improve fundraising, expand the physical presence of the organization and generate significant resources to repair buildings & infrastructure damaged from Hurricane Sandy.
As we stabilized traffic, awareness and turned our attention to donations, we increased donations by a factor of 5x by launching a mobile optimized donation system personalized for both in-person and online experiences.
